Officially, Infinity Ward does not yet share the release notes of Call of Duty Modern Warfare Update 1.04, but a site may have some release notes listed below that could indicate changes.
That said, for the more curious, the new download of Call of Duty Modern Warfare comes to 1.804 GB on PS4 and Xbox.
On PC, it is much bigger, at 7 GB.
The latest update 1.03 corrected spawning in multiplayer mode, as well as various weapon balance changes and equipment modifications.
