For all of you who are waiting for official updates on the Fortnite black hole event – and when it will be revealed – we have good news for you.
It appears that the Chinese arm of the Fortnite website team has revealed when the next chapter of the game would begin.
According to what we think is a rather dubious translation Google, Fortnite China has updated its account to display a banner with the following translation:
“Fortress Night is completely reorganized ?! 15th to open the pre-download”
Based on time zones and vague contours, this means that we can expect the game to be available live between the next three hours and the next 24 hours.
For a more detailed review of the schedules we will see, it should be noted that the tweet was published at 9 pm on October 14 in China.
This means that in theory we could see the game come back alive at any time from about three o’clock.
That said, the translation only seems to suggest that the game will be available for pre-download on the 15th – which means that servers may still be offline until Tuesday (or even Thursday, as we have seen it suggested elsewhere).
HYPEX, a famous Fortnite analyst, revealed that, on the Fortnite China website, the UTC timer “2019/10/14 20:05:59” was in the code.
Apparently, the countdown is around 4:46 pm EST – but no one is as wise as to what will happen at that time. It will be at 21:06, Paris time (19459030), for who wants to keep track.
Should we assume that there will be a new event, tease something else before the game is actually put back online?
Or is the card just going out of the black hole? in one go and give us access to the brand new game in one go?
Nobody knows it. Expect an official Epic update soon.
