Where are you ready to go to support your favorite team? A woman had a tattoo of Horns Down on her inner lip to prepare for the Red River Rivalry game that will take place this weekend between Oklahoma and Texas.
On Tuesday, a Oklahoma-based fashion blogger, Lacy, announced on Twitter that she would get tattooed at Horns Down if her tweet received 200 retweets.
