Kim wanted to channel Cher with her after-party dress and combined the latex dress with Cher’s signed accessory: a blue and silver wig. When Kourtney saw Kim in the dress,she asked her where she was going to wear the dress. Kim jokingly replied that she was thinking of using the Mini Mugler at the next 40-year party at Kourtney.
