Former American Idol contestant Antonella Barba, 31, was arrested for allegedly trying to distribute heroin, Norfolk County Sheriff's Office records reveal.

Barba, who was eliminated from the show right before the top 12 were chosen way back in 2007, had already come into some notoriety during the season...

The singer was busted Friday in Virginia and is facing a felony charge of heroin distribution of 100g or more, but the offense actually took place Thursday. according to the Norfolk Sheriff's Office.
