Her mother, Michelle, raised her to wear only skirts and dresses, but Jinger Duggar does not have that rule followed and now she explains why she decided to go against the rules of her family and also put on trousers! Jinger defended her decision during the last episode of Counting On and it seems that she has a good reason why she rebelled against that family tradition.
In addition, her mother responded to that statement. Is she upset?
As fans of Counting On know, the 25-year-old was caught on camera in trousers as he walked along the Hollywood sign next to her husband Jeremy Vuolo.
During her interviews on camera about the latest episode of the reality TV show, Jinger defended her choice to wear the garment, although she was raised with the idea that as a woman she should only wear dresses and skirts to wear.
“Why did I decide to include trousers in my wardrobe? I think, for me personally, my parents have raised us to honor Christ in everything we do. That is where the Lord has guided me from now on. When I was growing up, my parents taught us all the importance of modesty. And so I am very, very grateful for that foundation and for that training, & she started.
After tying Jeremy in 2016, she started to wear trousers and she was happy that her parents actually supported her decision.
We had several conversations before I got pants began to wear and I shared my whole heart with them and where I saw the Lord leading me. I was grateful for their response. They simply said to walk with the Lord and honor him and to maintain modesty.
