The cast of Robert Pattinson under the name Batman gave rise to numerous false tabloid stories about the actor and his involvement in the last restart of the super-hero franchise. Gossip Cop dispelled several erroneous rumors around the next film, of which here are some examples.
In July Gossip Cop demolished Star for falsely claiming .Pattinson was not satisfied with his salary for the restart of Batman .According to the magazine, the actor was upset because he was not earning as much money as other industry players having played superheroes, in p articulary Chris Evans, who plays the role of Captain America in the franchise Avengers . It does not make much sense since Evans has appeared in several movies in the Marvel series, whereas it’s the first time Pattinson as the Dark Knight suitant. Evidently, Evans had not won as much for his first outing as Captain America in 2011 than for the following sequels Avengers .
The Hollywood Reporter publication much more famous for film news than any tabloid, reported that the salary of Pattinson Batman had been negotiated before even formally won the role. The Trusted Entertainment Center noted that decisions regarding “salaries, bonuses and even suites” had been put in place during the audition process. Meanwhile, Pattinson has expressed only enthusiasm for the role in many recent interviews. He did not reluctantly accept the project. Earlier in this month, Gossip Cop had demystified a NW about about Pattinson and Margot Robbie “becoming flirty” and binding for their roles in the Batman franchise. Margot described Harley Quinn in 2016 in Suicide Squad and will take over the role in Birds of Prey next year . The tabloid claimed that the two stars met to discuss their roles in DC’s film universe, and that Pattinson had “fallen for her”. Suki Waterhouse for over a year. There is no indication that Pattinson and Robbie are working together in any capacity, although they have played in separate DC projects. The actor admitted that he would gladly accept the role if it was offered, but also indicated that he had not been approached. It’s not exactly as if Pattinson had stolen a role belonging to Hammer. Meanwhile, the two actors are actually quite friendly. Hammer’s wife, Elizabeth Chambers, shared an Instagram photo of the two actors in the Decade at the Gotham Awards in 2017. They were also photographed at the Toronto International Film Festival in 2018. Hammer has never criticized Pattinson for taking the role.
