One of the most beloved American rap artist Lil Wayne cancels his appearance at the St. Louis concert for his Joint Blink – 182 tour, which made the fans disappointed.
According to Wayne, it was the hotel’s fault that made him take this decision. The Ritz-Carlton hotel in St.Louis kicked Lil Wayne out. Due to which he tweeted about him not appearing for the concert.
Lil Wayne wrote in his tweet: “Sorry not doing the show tonight in St Lou cuz I was just kicked out the Ritz and 12 got involved so I gotta slide, That y’all f w me out here. Dam slime. It’s all Luv tho”.
As far as it is known about Lil Wayne, he has been a victim to such issues a lot of time. He has been into controversies many times.
It has also been reported that during a stage performance with pop-punk alongside, Lil Wayne reportedly walked off the Virginia stage in July. The reason behind was the smaller crowd size.
Due to his active presence on Twitter, he confessed he wouldn’t be able to do the pop-punk tour, but the fans can expect him in the Blink-182 tour, for which he is included anyway.
Understanding that he disappointed his fans, his other tweet said: “yesterday was crazy! But I want all my fans to know I won’t be quitting this tour! I’m having too much fun with my bros blink-182.”
As of now the detailed reason for him walking away from St. Louis concert has not been revealed. Yet the rapper seems to have been working on a lot of projects, that audience can expect by the end of 2019.
Lil Wayne has always been into such controversies and he wouldn’t keep his fans disappointed for too long. Maybe in order to compensate, he might come up at other stage show as a surprise performer.
