AEW confirms TV deal with Turner Network

He is in search of a proper "thank you" from AEW for its first pay-per-view selling out, and now the deal with WarnerMedia that will bring an AEW television show to TNT and B/R Live starting this fall.

The venture will kick off May 25 with an event in Las Vegas that is dubbed Double or Nothing. The press release also noted that AEW would be incorporating statistics into a wrestling show for the first time ever. WarnerMedia and AEW together will build this powerhouse sporting league from the ground up and will begin airing weekly matches later this year.

Wrestling for decades has been a top-rated attraction with family viewing appeal and the added benefit to today's networks of being a live, weekly show without repeats.
