Victor of $768 million Powerball jackpot to be revealed

Wisconsin resident Manuel Franco is the victor of last month's $768.4 million Powerball jackpot - the third-largest in US history.

Franco had 180 days to claim the ticket.

The Wisconsin Lottery said the winning Powerball ticket was sold at the Speedway gas station in New Berlin. He bought $10 worth of individual Powerball tickets, according to WITI.

"I was going insane", Franco said.

Franco felt so lucky, he looked into the camera at the counter - and pondered winking at it. In the end, he did not.

Franco said he didn't know he was a victor until the next day and went to work before checking his tickets. During the day, he heard all the buzz about someone from Wisconsin hitting the jackpot - and grew curious.

Franco insists he was feeling "lucky" after work and made a decision to buy a haul of lottery tickets.

The victor of Powerball lottery ticket worth an estimated $768 million will soon be revealed.

Arya is more tender with Gendry than she's been with anyone else on the show, save Nymeria and Jon. [The scene] was rushed. We got a "tomorrow we go off to college, we're going to make tonight epic " subplot and frankly, the episode needed it.

Henderson, Korda tied for lead in Hawaii
On the same day that Conners was winning, Oakville's Nicole Gal won her age group at the Drive, Chip and Putt at Augusta National. The Canadian emulated her compatriot Sandra Post by successfully defending the title, her eighth victory on the LPGA.

Franco said his financial goal before winning the jackpot was getting his bank account to the $1,000 mark. The jackpot rolled over 25 times since the last victor just after Christmas 2018. I don't want to embarrass myself on live TV, but it was incredible. Franco said as soon as he realized he had won he started feeling paranoid and put his winning ticket in a safe. My blood felt warm. "I screamed for about five or 10 minutes".

Franco said his dad cried when he broke the news to him.

"My mom, she thought I was in trouble".

"I got that paranoia when you think the whole world is after you", he said. "Is that what happened?' I said, 'Yes mom, that is true", Franco said.

Instead of receiving his money through an annuity, Franco elected to receive a one-time lump sum payment. He told reporters he does not plan to play Powerball again.

The victor of the third-largest lottery jackpot in U.S. history refused to reveal too much about himself at his Wisconsin Lottery news conference.

Manuel Franco admitted he never watches the drawings, but said he found out he won by searching the numbers after finding out the ticket was sold in Wisconsin. The Powerball number was 12.
