Ivanka Trump says she passed on World Bank job

First Daughter of the United States, Ivanka Trump, is now in the middle of a four-day diplomatic trip to Ethiopia (despite the fact she's not a diplomat, but we digress) and already, the FDOTUS has sparked controversy with her outfit choices - like step-mother, like step-daughter. She spoke during a trip to Africa to promote a global women's initiative. "And I think he will be as well".

U.S. White House senior adviser Ivanka Trump, back left, joins in with traditional dancers as she is welcomed by local people on arrival to Adzope, Ivory Coast, Wednesday April 17, 2019, where she will visit Cayat, a cocoa and coffee collective.

Ivanka Trump, whose background is mostly in fashion and marketing, worked on the selection process for the new head of the 189-nation World Bank, economist David Malpass. But she did say she does not see a run for office in her future.

Asked to describe the nature of her father's pitch, Ivanka replied, "It was a question".

When asked whether Trump has asked her about any other jobs, Ivanka coyly replied, "I'll keep that between us".

Last month David Willey said he was unsure "whether someone should just walk in at the drop of a hat because they're available". Even if Archer is not included in the provisional World Cup squad tomorrow, England can make changes to it until May 23.

"I knew that there was no collusion".

But he was warned off nominating her for the role, he said, because "they'd say nepotism, when it would've had nothing to do with nepotism".

But she said she had not spoken to the president about the issue since reports surfaced that he had ordered officials to grant Kushner a clearance over the objections of national security officials.
