Attorney says another tape appears to show R. Kelly with girls

Steve Greenberg, a lawyer for Kelly, said: "It is not him".

He said he was disgusted and horrified at what he saw.

The man's attorney said today, on Sunday, March 10th, that he and his client had turned over the tape to local authorities.

Hmmm... feels like Greenberg is arguing in bad faith over that second point about the Dennises being prosecuted, considering they allegedly only came forward once they discovered the content, and immediately chose to hand the tape into authorities, but whatever...

Dennis said that as a father to two daughters himself, he reacted in horror and his first instinct was to throw the tape out, but after discussing the matter with his wife contacted Allred.

Gary Dennis claims he does not have a connection to Kelly and found the tape while he was cleaning out his own videos.

One of those tapes resulted in the 10 count indictment against Kelly for aggravated sexual abuse, according to TMZ.

"He was telling them what to do and what to say, and it appeared that he was in control of the camera".

Dennis said he located the alleged footage while cleaning out a box of VHS tapes that has been at his Pennsylvania home for years.

A third tape reportedly showing embattled singer R. Kelly allegedly having sex with underage girls has surfaced.

Allred noted that the video appeared to have been filmed in the 1990s and that her clients assumed the girls were underage because they were not "fully developed".

Greenberg also said that it's "now just open season" on the singer.

While Allred would not say if she had viewed the alleged tape herself, she said the city and state are not identifiable in the contents. He and his attorneys have repeatedly denied allegations of sexual misconduct, and he has pleaded not guilty to the charges filed last month in Chicago.

If you'll remember the story that Kelly's other former lawyer told about his defense of the R&B singer a decade ago, key to the strategy was to confuse and obfuscate the identity of people on the tapes, so that there was enough doubt there as to whether Kelly and/or underage women were present. In an interview last week with CBS This Morning, the I Believe I Can Fly singer told Gayle King he had never had sex with a minor and became increasingly agitated and emotional while answering questions pertaining to the allegations. She didn't say why it went to that venue.

He has been in and out of jail in recent weeks due to charges of criminal sexual abuse and missed child support payments. A representative for the office declined to comment. That office did not immediately return a call seeking comment.
