Brexit: Your MPs on how they will vote on the 'meaningful vote'

European Union chief Jean-Claude Juncker has dashed United Kingdom prime minister Theresa May's hopes of securing a game-changing intervention that would change the mood in Parliament over the Brexit deal.

A senior shadow cabinet member said: "There is now recognition that we can not wait any longer".

Transport Secretary Chris Grayling told the Daily Mail that the party risked cheating and isolating the millions of United Kingdom citizens who voted to leave the European Union, ending its 350-year period of "moderate" politics.

"MPs will have to decide in January if the balance struck by this compromise is an acceptable way forward and after careful consideration I have chose to support the government in that vote".

A senior Norway-supporting Labour MP said their option could gain the upper hand as it can command broader support among Tories.

"One of the challenges with no-deal or the second referendum is they seem to be one camp or the other". Barry Gardiner, the shadow trade minister, said last week that a vote of no confidence would "obviously" have to follow immediately after a defeat for May's deal. If it lost, it should campaign for one as the official opposition. Labour campaigners for a second referendum claim that the party's policy forum has received more than 13,000 emails and letters urging Corbyn to oppose Brexit.

"He stood alone and it is the British people that said "Churchill, we are for fighting and we do not want to give in".

It's the Democratic governor's opening request in six months of budget negotiations with legislative leaders. He also wants a big boost in funding to provide full-day preschool and kindergarten to all children.

"The big risk and what people worry about is that we don't actually deliver what people voted for", he announced on Friday.

Meanwhile, pro-Remain cabinet ministers are preparing to push for a softer Brexit this week.

Defeat will leave Britain staring at an exit on March 29 without a deal, unless the country's feuding politicians can agree on another plan.

A senior and well-placed source predicted there would also be "furious lobbying of MPs", with 10-15,000 voters being encouraged by People's Vote campaigners to target MPs in 100 key seats, including key Tories, Labour waverers and potential opposition supporters of May's deal, like Caroline Flint and Gareth Snell.

With a critical week ahead, Tory rebels are already plotting a series of measures created to hand more power to parliament over Brexit.

If parliament votes down the PM's deal, Britain will move a step closer towards a chaotic no-deal Brexit. A vote to show there is a Commons majority in favour of delaying Brexit is also being plotted by a cross-party group of MPs.

"I think it's now looking much less likely that parliament would allow a no-deal outcome", he told the BBC.

"This "deal" holds us back from reaping the benefits of Brexit, while relinquishing any benefits of the EU".
