According to the arrest report, Taylor kicked another employee, Tateona Bell, in the stomach.

"The employee was not fired! All started because he wanted a straw", he wrote on Facebook. He is now being held in the Pinellas County Jail on $1,000 bond.

Biandudi says the argument started when Taylor went over to the condiment bar to grab a straw.
