Australia's largest steer lives in the South West

Knickers, a 7-year-old male Holstein-Friesian cow, clocks in at a whopping six feet three inches tall - just three inches shy of National Basketball Association legend Michael Jordan - and weighs 3,086 pounds, earning him the unofficial title of largest steer in Australia.

This is one farm animal you wouldn't want any beef with. "I wouldn't be able to put it through a processing facility", Pearson told Perth Now.

Mature cows weigh about 1,500 pounds and stand 147 centimeters (58 inches) tall at the shoulder, according to one cattle industry site.

"Knickers", an enormous Holstein-Friesian, is shown in an undated photo.

"He was too big to go into the export plant's chain", Geoff Pearson, who owns the Lake Preston cattle farm in Myalup, Australia, where Knckers lives, told ABC News.

Video surfaces of Stephen Curry's scary auto crash
Officials say roughly 10 minutes after the crash, another auto lost control and slammed into Steph's Porsche from behind. Warriors coach Steve Kerr spoke about the guard and provided an update shortly after the accident happened.

Knickers, he said, was bought as a "coach", which is a steer that leads other cattle when it was about 12 months old.

All the other cattle are attracted to Knickers which makes its easier for Mr Pearson to spot the herd while the are out grazing. But Knickers "was still a standout so we thought let's leave him there, he's not hurting anyone", he said.

Knickers' owner said he's Australia's biggest steer, standing at more than 6 feet 3 inches and weighing in at almost a ton!

Guinness World Records said the tallest steer on the planet is a 6ft6 Chianina ox named Bellino.

He is double the weight of the average Holstein Friesian and half a metre taller.
