As Childish Gambino, he topped the singles charts in the USA and Australia last month with his track This Is America and its incendiary accompanying video, which has racked up over 300 million views on YouTube since May, and inspired about as many critical think-pieces.

Earlier this year Childish Gambino, a.k.a. Donald Glover, was forced to pull the final few dates of his USA tour after suffering a foot injury on stage in Dallas.

However, fans became anxious last month when Childish Gambino was forced to cut short a show during his U.S. tour, with an injured foot being cited as the reason.
