Trump Campaign Suing Omarosa for Breaching NDA

President Trump's campaign organization has filed an arbitration complaint against Omarosa Manigault Newman, the former White House aide who is out with a scathing memoir of her time in the administration.

A campaign aide tells The Associated Press that it is filing the claim with the America Arbitration Association in NY, claiming her explosive new book and media tour breached her 2016 confidentiality agreement with the campaign.

Reality TV's most famous villainess - fired three times from the series over the years - told NBC News' Chuck Todd on Sunday she has, since closing the book, heard an audio tape in which Trump allegedly used the n-word. Washington Post Reporter Sean Sullivan joined CBSN to discuss the fallout.

On Today show, Omarosa explained her new book's title, Unhinged, is a reference to Donald Trump.

"I didn't know that".

He said he also thinks it is "unconstitutional" to examine Trump's motives if he asked then-FBI DIrector James Comey to "take it easy" on former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn, a conversation Giuliani over the weekend denied.

"I'm certainly, I think like most people that worked with her, very disappointed that she would go to such a self serving, somebody who blatantly cares about more about herself than our country", Sanders said.

In another tweet, Trump also claimed Manigault-Newman "begged" him for a job. She says she declined that offer.

And she accused Mr Trump of lying to the American people, saying he "doesn't even know what's happening in his White House".

She added: "This is his pattern with African-Americans".

"She begged me for a job, tears in her eyes, I said Ok. He doesn't know how to control himself".
