McDonald's Worker Keeps Job After Brutal Brawl Over 'Soda Refill'

"What did you say about my momma?" She tosses the client around so severely that one of her bosoms drops out of her top.

The video was uploaded to Instagram by another customer who wrote, "So this happened at McDonald's".

Erika Chavolla, 24, was working at the fast food restaurant in Las Vegas when she got into a dispute with the 24-year-old customer after she allegedly tried to fill up a water cup with free soda.

'That's why your fat a** is behind the f***ing counter, ' Fontelar says, before throwing a single French fry across the restaurant.

Another employee can be seen trying to diffuse the situation before she is also struck, adding even more chaos to the unruly situation.

The fight eventually ends when the customer seems to realize it's a battle she isn't going to win.

Marie Dayag, the customer that captured the footage, said the fight started over a free soda.

According to Dayag, the manager shut down the soda machine because the woman tried to get soda with her water cup.

The woman also claimed she kept her job after the fight, and said she never intended for things to escalate into a physical brawl. It's believed to have taken place in Las Vegas.

The fracas broke out between a customer and an employee of the franchise when the customer hurled a milkshake at the employee's face, clear over the counter. When there's a big girl coming towards her, she started freaking out.

As Chavolla storms toward her, she picks up a metal tray and hits the employee in the head with it, but she barely notices.

The Instagram footage shows the worker punching the customer repeatedly, holding her down against the countertop and even launching her into a booth.

Barreling forward, the server grabbed the customer by the hair and wrenched her over a nearby table, raining blows down on her face and shoulders with a closed fist.

The brawl calms down, with the customer picking up a silver chair in an apparent attempt to try and restore her injured pride.

During the brawl, Chavolla can be heard saying, "My momma ain't dead, you respect my momma".
