Adult film star Stormy Daniels, who is battling President Donald Trump in court over their alleged sexual encounter a decade ago, and her husband plan to divorce, her lawyer announced Monday.

Crain additionally filed for a temporary restraining order against Daniels. Crain's trying to deny Stormy the right to even see her child at all.

It's unclear how long Stormy and Glendon were married, but they've been together since 2010.

A week after her arrest at a strip club in OH, a "petition for divorce was filed".
