The Stars answered just a under a minute later to tie it up with their first goal of the night scored by Patrick Eaves. The game then picked up pace in the second period with Dallas’ Radek Faksa striking quickly 11 seconds in and then Jamie Benn towards the end of the period to put the Stars up 3-1.
